 Managing Your Business – Following Up
After you've received a call, the best way to make that caller a repeat customer is to send a follow-up Keen Mail thanking them for the call.
 

To do so, click on a caller's name in the My Customers section of your My Keen page and you'll be able to view a summary of your contacts with that customer. This page will guide you through sending Keen Mail.

The page also provides an area where you can store notes on this person – their name, interests, and what you talked about during their call. These notes will come in handy in follow-up conversations.
