The Call Details page itemizes the details of every call you receive. Here's a quick summary and explanation of the information you'll be able to find on this page. Earnings Breakdown -- This shows you how much you earned from the call, once the connection charges (15p per minute) and Keen's fee (30% for live calls; 50% for calls to Recorded Listings) have been subtracted from the total amount the customer spent on the call. Note: If this call originated from within a group, you'll also see the group manager's fee, which was deducted from your total earnings. Billing Information -- Your customer's member name, when your call began and ended, and how many minutes it lasted. Promotional Minutes and Money -- Any promotions or personal Free Minutes offers that impacted your earnings from this call. Call Feedback -- What numerical rating and written feedback, if any, this call received from the customer. Note: If the customer didn't leave you feedback, you'll be offered the option of sending them Mail to follow up and ask for their feedback about the call. Listing Information --
Your listing's title, category, topic and per-minute fee (note:
the listing price includes the per-minute connection charge, which can
vary if either you or your member name is outside the U.K.). NOTE: As of February 1, 2006, Keen is no longer registered for UK VAT. From this date forward, Keen will no longer be charging VAT on the fees and connection charges which it deducts from your earnings. Speakers in the UK and other countries are responsible for accounting for VAT (or other consumer taxes) on their earnings as appropriate under local legislation.
