1. If you want to receive advice on a particular topic, simply click on a category on our home page, then click on a topic and browse its listings until you find an advisor you'd like to talk to who is currently available.

2. You can also try our search engine on the home page or within each category. Type in the word or words that best describe the subject for which you wish to receive advice, and you'll be led to listings that relate to that subject. 

3. You can also search for a specific advisor by typing their member name into our search engine.

4. The Get Advice link on our home page lets you search in two ways. You can pick a category you're interested in and browse topic listings until you find an appropriate available advisor. You can also click "Keen" on that page to search the site by entering his or her member name.

How do I use Advanced Search?
Our Advanced Search feature can improve your ability to find what you're looking for by letting you request specific combinations of words.

Here's how to use it:

AND Search -- If you type professional help into the search field, your results with show every listing which contains both the word professional and the word help--but they won't necessarily appear as one phrase.

OR Search -- If you type professional or help into the search field, your results will show every listing which contains either the word professional or the word help.

NOT Search -- If you type professional -help into the search field, your results will show every listing which contains the word professional but not the word help.
Note: don't include any spaces after the minus sign before the second word!

Phrase Search -- If you type "professional help" into the search field, your results will show every listing which contains the exact phrase professional help.
